49th Atlantic Micromounters Conference at James Madison University Saturday June 3, 2023
The Atlantic Micromounters Conference was different in 2023. It was held on Saturday, June 3 at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Dr. Elizabeth Johnson, Professor and Curator, gave a talk about the history of the Mineral Museum, as well as about the Phil Cosminsky and Fred Keidel micromount collections. We also visited the stunning James Madison Museum Mineral Museum.
